The Computer menu
Next menu: “Computer”. The first thing I noticed when opening this menu was the name of the top category, “Applications”. Didn’t I just move from the Applications menu to the Computer menu?!? Changing this to “Administration” or something alike might be more appropriate.
From the Computer menu you can launch some administrative applications, get access to your local disk resources, and locations on your local network or the internet.
There’s one more slightly strange thing in this menu: I did not configure any floppy drive for my VirtualBox virtual machine. The last entry of the Computer menu, in the “Removable Storage” category, is “PC Floppy Drive” though. As most modern computer systems no longer contain a floppy drive, this entry could be made hardware-dependent, or disabled by default, as now it only clutters the menu, IMHO. Unless the tool should also be used to format other block devices, like USB keys or harddrives. In this case the launcher should be renamed, and get some other icon.
I won’t get into the “Recently Used” or “Leave” menus, as these are self-explaining.
